What is your return policy

Purely k is a small business that was started from the ground up. I offer free consults and have a sample program to ensure you are able to get the best product for you and your skin. Please order samples of a product if you are unsure of color, texture, scent or any other concern. I have most products available for samples, however some make up items are not available for sampling. Please reach out with questions before making a purchase.

If you would like to exchange a product with in 7 days of receiving it it must it in new unused same condition you received it in. Please message or call purely k before sending a product back. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, We will require proof of purchase. Once the products are approved to ship back your item for exchange please ship it tracked and insured. You will need to pay for shipping on the new item shipped out to you.

You will receive store credit in the amount you paid minus shipping costs. no cash or card refunds. No refunds or exchanges on sale items. The use of a discount code or promotional offer on any items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.

please note that sometimes the skin takes time to adjust to new products. Sometimes 2-3 weeks. With this being said using the product for one day isn’t sufficient to know if your skin is ok with it.

I received a gift and would like to exchange it what do I do?

This is a case by case circumstance, we will need proof of purchase from the gift givers name and will be consider for an exchange.

What if my items comes damaged?

Please message or call purely k within 24 of package delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally.

How long will it take to receive my online order?

Order will be shipped with in 1 business day and shipped USPS.

Is my package insured?

Depending on what size your package is it will come with $50 of insurance please add if you would like additional insurance or signature required for your package. In the note section at check out. small packages do not come with insurance. Once your package leaves the spa it is out of purely k hands and into the postal service. You will need your tracking number and my address to file a claim with the postal service

When will my back order item ship?

This all depends on if the back order item is on its way or still waiting on the manufacturer. It will be shipped in any where from 5-8 days as long as they are in stock from the manufacturer. Please email with any concerns on time frame.

I'm not sure what shade I am in foundation what do I do?

Please call or email a couple natural light bare skinned photos to be color matched. Also you can purchase samples so you may test the colors before you purchase.

I want a new skincare routine but don’t know what to buy?

I am an advanced licensed aesthetician, and a certified laser tech, please send a message or schedule a consult online to make sure the proper products are purchased for your skin type and concerns.

Yes I offer many services and treatments for all ages female and male. From acne to anti-aging. Schedule a free consultation and we will discuss the best plan for you.

What is your privacy policy?

Purely k will do anything we can to make sure all of your information is secured and protected. We will never share or sell your information it is only used to provide you with the best customer service possible. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. However because this is the internet, and there is a risk of the site being hacked, we can not guarantee your information to ever be 100% secure, all we can do is our best which is what the SSL provides. If you would rather place a phone order please call our spa at 541.788.7281 and we will gladly place your via phone.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
