Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service. If broken 50% of the service fee will be paid as a late cancellation fee. If a NO show to appointment or a SAME DAY cancellation to appointment occurs 100% of the service schedule fee will be charged to your card. A Card must be on file to book a service with Purely K. 

*Any tardiness to appointment will result in shortened appointment of the scheduled time slot. If tardiness exceeds to not having enough time to perform scheduled service, service will be paid in full and rescheduled for a later date.

* I understand sickness and emergencies occurs my policy is ONE Sick late cancellation per year per client that is not charged, this includes cancelation for your child or a family member. 

* Your time slot is reserved for you please be respectful and a-heir to the cancelation policy.
